Dining
GOOD MEALS MEAN MORE
Cuisine has always been an essential part of our residents’ experience, and we continue to dedicate ourselves to providing nutritious, homemade meals. During this time, we are delivering meals to our residents’ suites and going the extra mile to celebrate things like birthdays and anniversaries with special food. As restrictions ease, limited dining room activity will commence with socially distanced seating.
"At Greenbrier, dining is integral to the personalized care we provide. By crafting delicious meals using the freshest ingredients, we work hard to create a dining experience that preserves dignity and enables choice. Our goal is for residents to look forward to every meal.

Move-in Process
The Journey to Move to Assisted Living
In addition to following infection control measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are working closely with residents and family members and strive to provide the best move-in experience.

Provide the family with the resident’s suite floor plans and discuss the delivery of personal items
Help the resident and their family video chat so that everyone is comfortable with the technology
Schedule extra check-ins with the resident throughout their first day to provide comfort and assurance
Regularly connect with the family daily during the first week
